1. How about the sample policy?
We will provide for free samples if have enough stock, some products still be charged the sample fee, but we will refund after get the official order later. In addition, please kindly note that shipping cost of all samples should be paid by customer.
2. Customized products
We can customize products by your request or sample. You can email us for detaile information of the new product, such as the photos of design, size, material and quantity you want, and if possible, please send us the sample directly, then we will check it for you. If we can make it, we will quote you the price and MOQ.
3. How is your quality control?
We have a professional QC team with the strong sense of responsibility. We maintain control tightly from raw materials to products. Every procedure is monitored by our specialists to ensure the high quality of our products. The quality of all material is inspected by National Commodity Inspection Bureau. The final products must to be inspected by our own QC staff before shipment.
